How long does shipping take for heavy bags?
Standard shipping for heavy bags and large equipment typically takes 5-7 business days. Due to their size, these items are shipped via specialized freight carriers to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Do you offer a warranty on Century products?
Yes, we offer a 90-day limited warranty on all Century martial arts equipment against defects in materials and workmanship. Please retain your digital receipt for any warranty claims.
How do I determine the right glove size for kickboxing?
Glove sizing is generally based on your body weight and the type of training. For bag work, 12oz or 14oz gloves are standard for most adults, while 16oz is recommended for sparring to ensure maximum safety.
What is your return policy for uniforms and apparel?
We accept returns on unworn uniforms and apparel within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached. Please note that used protective gear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Can I fill my Wavemaster base with water or sand?
Both options are effective. Water is easier to fill and drain, while sand provides more weight and stability for heavy hitters. We recommend sand if you are training high-impact kicks.
